I am a Graduate Research Assistant and PhD Student at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI, USA.
Responsibilities:
- Lead research activities for ‘Reliability Foundations for Operating Strategies for Long Duration Storage’.
- Assist in the coordination, research, and documentation of the IEEE Task Force for Resilience Metrics. Attend task force meetings, keep the document updated and contribute to working groups.
- Conduct comprehensive research in grid resilience evaluation and enhancement.
- Present research findings at conferences. Prepare and submit research papers to high-impact journals.
- Coordinate will colleague to enhance team work thus enhancing research environment and outcomes.
- Assist in writing grant proposals.

I was an Electrical and Electronics Engineer at the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Kathmandu University.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting faculty members in the preparation of laboratory manuals and the facilitation of academic laboratory sessions.
- Organizing and revitalizing the existing departmental laboratory, overseeing equipment repairs, and making recommendations for necessary equipment acquisitions to support academic activities.
- Collaborating with faculty members to operate various systems and test equipment within the department.
- Guiding students in their academic projects and assisting with laboratory tasks related to their coursework.
- Fulfilling any additional duties as specified by the Head of the Department.

I was a Research Assistant at Green Hydrogen Lab, Kathmandu University.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Development of Integrated Power Management System
- Modify and develop hydrogen technologies course curriculum
- Operate laboratory and conduct experimentation
- Manage and coordinate communication for PSREP Project
- Assist other research projects within the lab
